Scope of Inspection / Survey

Condition Survey

 The current condition of cargos is inspected, recorded and reported accurately before/during/after the loading. The report is possible to use as the evidence to specify the cause when damages etc. of cargoes are generated.

Hold Cleanliness Survey

 The hold condition before loading cargos is inspected to investigate whether the hold is suitable for the loading of the scheduled cargos or not.
 If it was judged as to be not suitable to load the cargos in the hold, the cleaning method are recommended the proper procedure and advised to be suitable for stowing the following cargos.

Bunkering Survey

 When bunker is replenished to the vessel, we supervise the work and set the amount of supplemented bunker for aiming to prevent the bunker oil leakage.

ON-OFF ( Delivery / Re-delivery ) Survey

 When the vessel is delivered and re-delivered, the Hull condition of the vessel is inspected accurately and proven about the defect of structures.
 The vessel's all bunker oil tanks are sounded and gauged for calculating the consumption and the remaining onboard of the bunker.

Sampling

 The sample is gathered from various cargos, according to "Japan Industrial Standard", and it analyzed and examined to decide the quality.

Quality Inspection( Grain Degree, Moisture and Element )

Draft Survey

 The cargo weight is calculated and determined by measuring the change of the ship's draft between the loaded and unloaded cargo.

Stowage Survey

 It is proven to have been loaded to transport this cargo to the destination safely, economically, and efficiently when various cargos are loaded, and recommends the way of how to stow them.

Hatch Survey

 When the vessel which loaded cargos discharges at a target port, the hatches of the vessel and the arrival condition of cargos are surveyed.
 Also, when by any chance damage or abnormality is found in the cargos, the condition and the cause investigation are surveyed and recorded precisely.
 Moreover, the made certificate becomes a valuable document for the claim management of the following cargo damage survey and insurance, etc.



Damage Survey

 From the condition of the damaged cargos, the level of damaged cargos, the pursuit of the cause of the damage and the whereabouts of responsibility are recognized and also a report on survey necessary for a procedure for the claim for compensation is made.

Supervise

 When various cargos are loaded, our experienced surveyors examine loading equipment etc. of port concerned closely beforehand and survey right or wrong of entering port of vessel concerned.
 About loading, for being able to load cargos safely and smoothly among vessel's Master and parties concerned to shore loading, we guide and supervise the loading sequence (order of loading each hatch) etc. for the adjustment of the inclination of the vessel and the speed to this vessel's Master and also, we execute the supervisor for safety navigation.
